Turner Research’s ORA™ Elite 1% Properties for 2018 list, with Highpoint on Columbus Commons making the Top 100 communities list.

J. Turner Research compiles their ORA ™ (Online Reputation Assessment) scores through compilation and analysis of online reviews of communities across all platforms. Properties with a minimum ORA™ score of 89 and at least 12 online reviews were honored as part of this top list.

Oakwood site teams strive to provide their residents with the highest-quality living experience, cultivating meaningful relationships with their residents. This commitment to customer service is reflected in the review scores calculated by J. Turner Research’s Elite 1% Properties list.

The four Oakwood properties on the list represent different aspects of Oakwood’s diverse Columbus portfolio. Highpoint on Columbus Commons is a downtown property located in the heart of desirable urban living. Slate Ridge is a small neighborhood property in Delaware, an area known for its recent growth spurt. Albany Corners is located between Westerville and New Albany, two of the most historic and populus suburbs in Central Ohio. Cumberland Links is a golf-course community in Pataskala, a scenic town a short drive away from the Greater Columbus area.
