An important message from our Director of Operations, Ken Knox, about the updates to our coronavirus (COVID-19) protocol:
“To ensure everyone within the Oakwood Community receives up-to-date communications, we encourage all residents and prospective residents to provide their preferred EMAIL ADDRESS to onsite management. The coronavirus (COVID-19) and the uncertainty around it is unsettling and continues to evolve. It is our goal to continue servicing our residents however, due to the decision of the Governor of Ohio to limit gatherings, plus the recent decision to close several businesses, we have made changes to our operating protocol to ensure we can still service our customers.
We are doing our part to practice physical distancing at every level. We will maintain an onsite presence until we are directed otherwise but our offices are currently closed to physical contact whenever possible; please use telecommunications (email and phone) to contact us. We are offering self-guided tours for prospective residents. We will continue to respond to emergency maintenance requests only. We are offering flexible work hours to accommodate our staff and their childcare issues. Our corporate staff is working remotely and still connected.
