Beulah Place Celebrates Grand Opening in Grove City

GROVE CITY — Oakwood Management Company’s newest community, Beulah Place, celebrated its grand opening this past Monday, May 3. The event kicked off with live music, delicious food, a beautiful ice sculpture featuring the Beulah Place logo, and even some dancing amongst the guests! One of the highlights of the event was a horse-drawn carriage ride, which took guests around the beautiful Beulah Park community. This was inspired by the live horse racing that once took place on the grounds of Beulah Park, Ohio’s first thoroughbred racetrack.

Speakers at the event included Beulah Park Director Sarah Backiewicz and Developer Pat Kelley, who gave some background on the development and thanks to all who were involved in making this outstanding project possible. Grove City Mayor Richard L. “Ike” Stage was also in attendance, who assisted with the ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially open the property.

The leasing team enjoyed showing off the unique and modern property to guests at the event. Beulah Place offers a total of 384 units, featuring new townhomes as well as 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartment options. All units are eloquently designed and include modern kitchen appliances, granite countertops, spacious closets, attached (select units) and detached garages, and more. In addition, community amenities include a saltwater pool, fitness and yoga rooms, a dog park, a pet washing room, a business center, and a community entertainment room.

The perks don’t stop at the Beulah Place gates. Located within the grounds of Beulah Park, the community is connected to nature through its stunning 58 acres of green space, including a 32-acre central park, memorial gardens, bike paths, and a conservation area. It is also within walking distance to the historic Grove City Town Center, where residents can explore boutiques, restaurants, breweries, festivals, farmer’s markets, and so much more! On top of all that, it is just a short 15-minute drive to downtown Columbus.

As Beulah Park Director Sarah Backiewicz noted during her speech, “One of the things that makes Beulah Park so special is that our residents don’t have to wait for a charming town center to be built full of activities and local businesses, it is already there. But for the historic town center and for all the local business, they did have to wait for us. But the wait is over!”
