Oakwood Management Company is excited to announce our 2021-22 Tesla Giveaway at eight of our participating properties. Both new and current residents at Albany Corners, Beulah Place, The City, The Edge at Polaris, The Fenimore, Polaris Place, The Ravines at Westar, and The View at Polaris will have a chance to win a brand-new Tesla Model 3 by either signing or renewing a lease. The eligibility period will last from May 28, 2022, to June 23, 2022, and the winner will be announced on or around June 24, 2022.

Any person who is at least 18 years old at the time of entry and is a current resident/leaseholder at participating properties will have the ability to enter into the sweepstakes. Multiple people per unit are able to enter the giveaway as well.

The winner will be receiving a White Standard Range Plus Model 3 with rear-wheel drive (pictured above). It features a range of 263 miles, a top speed of 140 mph, and can accelerate from 0-60 mph in just 5.3 seconds. The winner gets to keep the car for life but is subject to pay taxes.

Starting at the end of June, the actual Tesla will be driven around between the eight properties, so be sure to keep an eye out for it! Sign or renew a lease today to be entered into the giveaway!
