Keith Jones, a first Gulf War veteran, brings three decades of experience in managing assets and investor capital, including acquisitions, across organizations such as NiSource, Security Capital Group, and Case & Associates. He has led growth initiatives across the Southwestern region, including Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona, before relocating to Ohio with NiSource. Keith remains actively engaged in the industry and community, currently serving as Secretary on the Move to Prosper Board of Directors and previously contributing to boards for the Institute of Real Estate Management, the Texas Apartment Association, and several nonprofit organizations. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A. from Webster University, along with multiple professional designations, including Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and Certified Property Manager (CPM®).

Since joining Oakwood in 2003, he has played a key role in supporting property managers in achieving their professional goals and driving operational success. Prior to Oakwood, Vic served as Vice President of National Operations for Cardinal Industries, where he oversaw the development and management of more than 1,000 apartment communities and 100 motel properties, consistently exceeding occupancy and budget performance targets. He is a formerly licensed Realtor and has chaired various committees for the Columbus Apartment Association and other industry organizations. Vic earned his degree from Seton Hall University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time sailing and on the golf course.
