A first Gulf War Veteran, Keith brings three decades of experience managing assets and investor capital, including acquisitions, for NiSource, Security Capital Group, and Case & Associates. Keith was responsible for growing the Southwestern territory, including Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona before relocating to Ohio with NiSource. He serves as secretary on the Move to Prosper board of directors. Keith has served on boards for the Institute of Real Estate Management, the Texas Apartment Association, and several nonprofits including Dream Weavers, Omega Vision, and Destiny Family Christian Center. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A. from Webster University. He maintains his Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (formerly NALP), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and Certified Property Manager (CPM) designations.

Cara oversees new development from concept through stabilization. Cara’s expertise and focus lie in successful lease-ups that exceed projected timelines. She ensures the total property design maximizes space and coincides with market demands and creates Pro Formas based on current and past property performances. She has achieved accredited designations such as CAPS and CPM. She is active on the IREM Board of Directors for Columbus. After several years in Texas, Columbus is now her permanent home again with her wife, daughter, and dogs. She also spends some of her free time volunteering with Meals on Wheels.

Vic is a certified specialist in the area of condominium management as well as an expert at working with property managers to develop skills for achieving job goals. Before coming to Oakwood in 2003, Vic served as the Vice President of National Operations for Cardinal Industries. In that role, he was responsible for the development and management of more than 1,000 apartment communities and 100 motel communities. He achieved occupancy levels and budget performance that consistently exceeded those set for the properties. Vic is a previously licensed realtor and has chaired various committees for the Columbus Apartment Association and other industry organizations. Vic earned his degree from Seton Hall University. Outside of work, Vic enjoys spending time sailing and on the golf course.
