Keith Jones, a first Gulf War veteran, brings three decades of experience in managing assets and investor capital, including acquisitions, across organizations such as NiSource, Security Capital Group, and Case & Associates. He has led growth initiatives across the Southwestern region, including Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona, before relocating to Ohio with NiSource. Keith remains actively engaged in the industry and community, currently serving as Secretary on the Move to Prosper Board of Directors and previously contributing to boards for the Institute of Real Estate Management, the Texas Apartment Association, and several nonprofit organizations. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A. from Webster University, along with multiple professional designations, including Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and Certified Property Manager (CPM®).

Craig’s approach to accounting is grounded in a strong commitment to customer service, and he is highly skilled at driving efficiency and operational effectiveness. Gregg also gained valuable experience with Chase Bank, where he managed real estate-owned (REO) assets, further strengthening his expertise before returning to Oakwood. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, as well as fishing and boating.

Devin Fox serves as Director of Operations & Technology at Oakwood, where he ensures teams have the systems, tools, and operational structure needed to succeed. He plays a key role in operating model design, capital planning, and cross-functional process improvement, helping align technology and operations with the company’s strategic objectives. Since joining Oakwood in 2017, Devin has held roles in leasing, property management, training, and information technology, giving him a well-rounded understanding of field operations and a passion for building systems that empower teams to perform at their best. He works closely with departments across the organization to modernize processes and strengthen operational alignment. Devin is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and holds the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation, continuing to grow his expertise through ongoing industry education and leadership development.

Lauren Davidson, CAPS, ACoM, brings more than a decade of property management experience to her role as Regional Manager of New Development at Oakwood. She began her career as a leasing agent in 2010 and has since advanced through key operational roles, successfully completing numerous lease-ups as both a Property Manager and Director of New Development. In her current role, Lauren partners closely with multifamily developers to review architectural plans, evaluate design concepts, and guide communities through the full development lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to lease-up and operational stabilization. Known for her hands-on, detail-oriented approach, she is dedicated to delivering high-performing communities that align with both resident expectations and financial goals. Lauren holds CAPS and ACoM designations and earned her bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children.

She has successfully managed multiple communities, including Albany Glen, Oakwood’s largest property with 532 units, and now serves as a Regional Manager. Jennifer takes great pride in leading her teams to perform at their best, guiding them to earn multiple beautification awards, including the prestigious President’s Award for Albany Glen. She holds her CAPS certification and remains committed to professional growth through continuing education. Outside of work, Jennifer is married to her high school sweetheart and is a proud mother of three—two in college and one in elementary school. A dedicated OSU Buckeye and OU Bobcat mom, she especially enjoys fall Saturdays cheering on her son in the OU Marching 110 band. She loves the sun, dislikes the snow, and looks forward to one day retiring in the Carolinas.
