Our Maintenance team actively works alongside our Property Management team and Capital Improvements department to ensure professionalism, proper maintenance, and quick response times across properties. They are trained to recognize the difference between capital improvements and repair maintenance items to ensure owners maximize every tax benefit possible. Through centralized procurement, Oakwood is also able to negotiate the best prices and quality with vendors and provide invoice control.
